Hi, I'm Matt

An aspiring team lead for technical customer support born in Chicago, raised in Arizona, and currently residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Outside of work you can find me studying front-end web development, reading Spanish novels, training for tennis competitions, and of course, to fit with the theme, running. I enjoy traveling and have driven through 35 states, and visited 10 countries. In the future, I would love to take singing lessons, learn Mandarin, and complete an Iron Man.

Prior to applying to this position, I pursued CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (Information Technology) and have spent a considerable portion of time serving in customer support roles, event planning, and multiple roles working with children learning how to work with different types of personalities and backgrounds. Additionally, I am currently learning the Spanish language and would love to have language be an aspect of my job in the future.

I have found it is difficult to grow professionally and learn new ideas if I am the one talking, but also understand the value of timely speech.
